Operational Notes & Troubleshooting Guide

🔧 Indicator Light Behavior

• All Three Lights Flash Simultaneously (No Cup Present) This is normal and indicates standby mode.

• Single Light Illuminated Without a Cup The bottom gravity sensor may be inadvertently triggered by another object.

• Cup Placed, All Lights Flash Together The gravity switch may not be engaged—this can occur if the cup is too light or empty.

• Lights Flash Sequentially (Back and Forth) Indicates insufficient power supply. Please ensure your adapter supports ≥5V/2A output.

• Touch Controls Only the leftmost and rightmost buttons are functional. Other icons are non-interactive.

Power & Compatibility

• Power Options:

  • USB adapter (recommended: 5V/2A)

  • Laptop or desktop USB port

  • Mobile power bank

• Optimal Performance: Use a certified 5V/2A adapter and the original USB cable to ensure stable heating and device responsiveness.

Temperature Settings

• Three Heat Levels:

  • Low: ~70°C

  • Medium: ~90°C

  • High: ~100°C Note: These values reflect the maximum surface temperature at the center of the heating pad. Actual beverage temperature may vary based on cup material, ambient conditions, and liquid volume.

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Ensure the bottom gravity switch is properly engaged by adjusting cup placement.

2. Confirm power supply meets the required 5V/2A standard and use the original USB cable.
